For over 15 years, Mike Gibson (RBA co-founder) has played a pivotal role in establishing and turning the RBA into what it is today.

Throughout his tenure, Mike has planned and developed many successful initiatives designed to enhance and support the Rosebank Business Community. With a background in general management and marketing, as CEO, Mike continually strives to keep the issues of the RBA at the forefront with Auckland Council and West Auckland business communities.  As such, the RBA is well regarded by Auckland Council to be the “model” BID for commercial and industrial business precincts.

Of more recent times via helping establish the Central Park Business Association, Mike has been deeply committed in an endeavour  to build a stronger collective West Auckland business platform that may inspire the establishment of a West Auckland Corridor of Commerce in the future.

He is a committed family man, golfer (Golf team manager of the successful GT Radial 2016 Muriwai Golf Club’s senior pennant teams) and avid sports follower.  His overriding passion is now Thoroughbred Racing initiated by being part of the successful 2010 New Zealand Cup Showcause Winning Syndicate, and last November at Riccarton Park another of his shared syndicate horses La Diosa won for him his first GR 1 (the NZ 1000 Guineas).

Kelli Tevaga

Accounting Services Manager
Email: kelli@rosebankbusiness.co.nz
Phone: 09 820 0551

Now six years with RBA, Kelli manages the accounting, payroll and RBA financial reporting functions in a part time (3 days a week) capacity, while juggling a busy family of three young boys.

Prior to starting a family Kelli held various roles within a busy Government Department including Customer Service, Training Manager, Executive Assistant and immediately prior to going on parental leave as a Service Manager to a team of 12 – 15 Customer Service Representatives.

In Kelli’s words:

“With 3 busy boys and a very supportive husband, I chose not to return to full time employment and sought part time work in order to keep a good work/life balance. My part time position here at RBA supports this perfectly.  It’s a busy, varied role that keeps me on my toes for the few days I’m here each week, and then I get to spend good quality time with my family, which is very important to me.  I’m extremely grateful to have the flexibility I have within this role.”

Kelli’s interests include sport, music, involvement in her childrens’ school, kindy and sports communities, catching up with family and friends and seeing as much of our beautiful country as possible.
