A few times throughout the year, the RBA hosts a CEO luncheon with a guest who speaks on topical issues of interest. The business association has attracted a host of key personalities to date including local MPs Melissa Lee and John Boscawen, leading mayoral candidates, John Banks and Len Brown, and Auckland Council CEO, Doug McKay (a week into his new role).
The RBA places considerable value on developing and maintaining these local and central government contacts. The CEO luncheons provide an opportunity to form a voice to local and central government and as well as an opportunity to talk one-on-one with our speakers and fellow CEOs.
