For the business community to grow and prosper, businesses need great employees. These are people who strive for high standards in all aspects of their work and want to continue to develop their skills for the betterment of the business and themselves.
The Pathways to the Future Trust was set up in 2007 by the Rotary Club of New Lynn and the Rosebank Business Association Inc to encourage and reward such employees from 18-28 years of age, recognizing them to be our leaders of tomorrow.
The award is an opportunity for employers to publicly recognise and support employees and to encourage their development. This is made possible by grants of up to $3000 per person towards career and personal development. The Trust also hosts an award function toward the end of each year and provides publicity for recognition of the award winners.
