Business Profile

Bob, is the Managing Director of Fullworks International Ltd, a highly specialized marketing services provider and fulfillment House based in Timothy Place, Rosebank which was established in 1997. Bob purchased the company in 2001, upon his return from overseas and it is now one of the largest Direct Response Bureaus in New Zealand and a long standing member of the NZ Marketing Association.

Over the last six years Fullworks have developed a model to assist overseas businesses to successfully enter the New Zealand market. And over the last three years they have grown an International net work to assist small and medium businesses to enter markets in the UK and Europe, Canada Australia and the USA.

Bob Mackie qualified as a Mechanical Engineer and has worked in New Zealand, Australia, the Pacific Islands and throughout Asia and China. In these locations Bob has held Senior Management positions in large manufacturing and engineering corporations.

Business Philosophy

The Business Philosophy that has become the Fullworks philosophy is based on very simply treating staff suppliers and customers exactly as you would have them treat you. A “can do” attitude, which provides everyone with respect, good service and excellent value for money, is rewarded by loyalty and growth.

Personal

Bob and his wife Pam live in Howick and despite the hassles of commuting to Avondale each day Bob says that Rosebank is great place to base a business. It has an excellent source of outstanding staff and shows fantastic future growth potential such that he would not locate anywhere else.

Bob is a keen fisherman and really enjoys spending as much time as he and Pam can, at their place in Kinloch.
