Noelene Raffills is our Whau Ward Councilor and previously an Auckland Councillor representing the Avondale Roskill Ward where she was a member of different committees: Law and Order, City Development and Regulatory, Works and Services, Community Services, and Transport.

Present chair of the Art Gallery Board and Deputy Chair of the Community Services Committees. She is also a Resource Management Commissioner and a Life Coach.

Noelene is the widow of Phil Raffills, former City Councillor and Principal of Avondale College, now happily remarried to Stan Judd. They have six adult children all married and seven delightful grandchildren.
